InterviewBoss is an AI-powered interview preparation and recruitment platform built in Bangladesh, helping job seekers, overseas workers, and employers practice, prepare, and hire with confidence.
1. Who we are
InterviewBoss helps candidates rehearse real interview questions out loud in Bengali and English, and gives them instant AI feedback and scored reports so they can walk into their next interview prepared. On the employer side, our recruiter tools let agencies and companies screen and evaluate candidates at scale using structured, AI-assisted interviews.
2. Our mission
Our mission is to make interview preparation accessible to every Bangladeshi job seeker, whether they are applying for a local role or an overseas job in Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, or beyond. We believe practice and honest feedback, not memorised scripts, are what actually build interview confidence.
3. Why we built InterviewBoss
InterviewBoss AI was created after seeing, again and again, how many capable candidates lost out on jobs simply because they had never had a safe space to practise speaking out loud before the real interview. Many overseas and private-sector applicants prepare alone, often switching between Bengali and English with no one to give honest feedback, and no affordable way to rehearse under realistic conditions. We built InterviewBoss to close that gap: an AI interviewer that anyone can practise with, at any hour, in the language they are most comfortable with, followed by clear and specific feedback instead of vague encouragement. The goal has always been simple — give every job seeker in Bangladesh the same shot at walking into an interview prepared, regardless of where they studied or who they know.
