Terms of Service

Welcome to InterviewBoss. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. About InterviewBoss

InterviewBoss is an AI-powered interview preparation and recruitment platform operating in Bangladesh. We serve job seekers and overseas workers in Bengali and English with voice-based practice, and provide employers with candidate-screening tools.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• One account per person.
• Employers must represent legitimate businesses or recruitment agencies.

3. Account registration

Most features require an account created with your phone number. You are responsible for keeping your login secure, for all activity under your account, and for reporting any suspected unauthorised access to support@interviewboss.net.

4. Plans & subscriptions

• Candidate — Free: self-directed practice, AI question generation, and basic feedback.
• Candidate — Pro (Tk 399/month): unlimited questions, full AI score reports, voice & pronunciation grading, and email reports.
• Recruiter — Starter (Tk 2,500/month): up to 50 candidates, 5 interview rounds per month, and an AI scoring dashboard.
• Recruiter — Pro (Tk 6,000/month): unlimited rounds, custom scoring rubrics, branded candidate portal, and dedicated support.

5. Payment & refunds

Payments are made through our supported payment options, with all fees in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Paid plans renew automatically each month unless cancelled. A refund is available within 48 hours of a Pro/Recruiter payment only if the premium features have not been used; no refunds are issued after that window. To request a refund, contact support with your phone number and transaction reference.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. There are no partial refunds for the remaining days of a period.

7. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Submit false or misleading information, or impersonate others
• Upload illegal or harmful content
• Interfere with the platform's security or performance
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated scripts

8. Recruiter & employer responsibilities

• Post only genuine, accurate job listings.
• Use candidate recordings and scores only to evaluate that specific position.
• Never share, sell, or distribute candidate data.
• Comply with the Bangladesh Labour Act 2006.
• Do not discriminate based on gender, religion, ethnicity, or disability.

9. Intellectual property

All content, branding, designs, algorithms, text, graphics, and interface code belong to InterviewBoss. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.

10. AI mock interviews and evaluations

Our feedback and scoring are powered by automated AI models. They provide diagnostic estimates to assist preparation but do not guarantee job placement or represent human bias-free evaluations. The scores are tool suggestions, not legal decisions.

11. Limitation of liability

InterviewBoss is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of jobs, data, or profits, arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka.

13. Changes to terms

We may change these Terms. If the changes are material, we will post notice here. Your continued use of the platform after the updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
